Special Interest Groups

Special Interest Groups help members connect on a more personal level and tend to be rewarding and fulfilling. Form a group comprised of members sharing a common interest (Book Club, Mommy ‘n Me, Sister Mixers) with the intention of having this group create a bond with one another as well as the alumnae group. Interest Groups should have a chairman to be a liaison between the SIG and the alumnae chapter or association.

Edmonton Delta Gamma Fitness Group

This casual fitness group welcomes sisters of all ages and abilities! We are a primarily online group that meets up when we can for cost-effective classes around the city.

Edmonton DG Bookies

Calling all bookies! Whether you are a paper page turner or an eReader swiper… you are invited to join our book club SIG. We casually discuss a book monthly over a few snacks. The location rotates between the members and the hostess will choose the book for her month.  We are currently looking at setting up an online discussion for sisters that aren't within driving distance to Edmonton.

The Edmonton DG Alum Crafting SIG is a fun way to let your creativity flow! Join us to learn new techniques, create wonderful art and enjoy time with other crafty sisters. All ideas are welcome and you do not have to be a DIY queen to participate.

Are you a DG on campus? Whether you study, work, or just find yourself hanging out a lot on the University of Alberta campus, this is the group for you! If you're interested, use this group to meet up with other DG alumnae that spend time at the university for coffee, study dates, after school/work drinks, etc. Just because you've graduated from the collegiate chapter doesn't mean you have to be alone on campus! Check out our Facebook Group for more information!
